Led by veteran Chris Vaughn, our team met with the couple to better understand their expectations for their new home and how and where we could best serve their vision. As existing customers of Ed Kellum and Son, they understood that at we don’t cut corners. Security and convenience were at the forefront of this remodel, with a state-of-the-art surveillance system that ensures peace of mind without compromising aesthetics. Discreetly placed high-definition security cameras were strategically installed throughout the property, offering comprehensive real-time monitoring without being intrusive. These cameras stream live footage directly to the kitchen television screens, allowing homeowners to keep an eye on the front gate, backyard, or driveway while preparing meals or entertaining  guests. For added convenience, the security system is fully integrated into a mobile app, giving every family member access to live and recorded footage from any smartphone, tablet, or smart device. Whether at home or away, the homeowners can check in on their property, receive motion-detection alerts, and control security settings with just a tap. The heart of the home, the kitchen, was upgraded with premium Fulgor Milano, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, ensuring top-tier performance while maintaining a sleek, elegant look. A customized layout and integrated smart features make everyday cooking effortless, while maintaining a classic design that complements the rest of the home. Everything in the kitchen is beautifully complimented by the illuminated quartz that is a complete visual stunner for the  home.

For outdoor living, we transformed the backyard into an entertainment oasis with weatherproof audio and video solutions. Homeowners can now enjoy crystal-clear sound and stunning 4K visuals while relaxing by the pool or hosting gatherings, all with intuitive, app-based control. These additions create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, enhancing both functionality and  lifestyle.

Maintaining the home’s timeless character was a priority, so we worked closely with the homeowners to select materials and finishes that honored the home’s original charm.
