4-Hour Delivery
Guarantee Guidelines

  1. Purchase must be paid in full.
  2. Payment must be made in person at the store.
  3. Purchase must be made by 3pm.
  4. The merchandise must be in stock.
  5. The delivery address must be within a 20 mile radius of the store.
  6. The installation must be a basic hookup or connection.
  7. If we don't arrive at the delivery destination within 4 hours, the delivery fee is refunded.

Basic hookup or connection is defined as setting the TV or Big Screen in place and hooking it up to an existing signal source (cable, DSS, antenna). Normally, our delivery will also include connecting existing DVD players and VCR's to the unit, too. However, sometimes more complicated installations will require additional services available for a fee. These additional services are not provided in the 4-hour delivery and must be scheduled based on availability of custom installation crews.

Basic hookup or connection for appliances is defined as setting a washer/dryer in place and connecting to existing power and existing venting. It's also defined as setting a refrigerator in place and connecting to existing power and existing water lines. In some installations plumbing work may be required. Kellum Audio Video & Appliances does not perform plumbing work. The 4-hour delivery will include the work we can perform in a basic hookup or installation.

4-Hour Delivery applies to all products for drop off delivery, except large Sub Zero refrigerators (36" models and above). It applies to the basic hook up and installation of the following products only:

  1. Televisions (excluding any mounting)
  2. Big Screens
  3. Washers and Dryers
  4. Refrigerators and Freezers
  5. Free-standing/slide-in ranges with existing power sources

Appliances requiring complicated installation are excluded. These would include such things as over-the-range microwave ovens, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, undercounter ice machines, vent hoods, built in ranges and flat-panel televisions requiring on-the-wall mounting.

Foul weather cancels the 4-hour delivery program. Safety for our employees, the customer's home and the merchandise is a bigger priority. Normal safety and accessibility rules apply. In other words, the delivery cannot take place if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.
