1. Our delivery teams are courteous, well presented and highly trained. They will treat you, and your home, with respect.
2. Our delivery teams often attempt and complete delivery services others do not offer or do not attempt.
3. We provide a 2 hour time frame, not 8:00 to 5:00. We know our customers cannot wait all day for a delivery. 
4. We call the morning of the delivery to verify the time, and that the time is still convenient for you. We also provide a courtesy call a ½ hour before the delivery. 
5. All products are inspected for damage before the delivery to reduce the chance of an inconvenient second delivery.
6. All products are carefully installed using approved accessories. We provide delivery accessories such as dryer vent hoses, washer inlet hoses, basic audio/video cables, zip ties, etc. After the product is installed, our delivery teams check for proper installation.
