Last week I visited the store to select a new dishwasher. Brent Underwood was the salesperson who assisted me. He seemed very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. He was very customer oriented and showed me all the inventory and made recommendations. We selected a dishwasher and arranged for delivery and installation this Saturday. The crew that came out to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one was also very knowledgeable and professional. Ruben Hernandez and his partner did an excellent job. I just wanted  to express my extreme pleasure at the 100% professional experience that made both selecting a dishwasher and having it installed in  our home a very  satisfying experience. We have enjoyed doing business with your company and continue to be grateful for the quality  products, expertise and knowledge that you continue to provide.  We wish you Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

I wanted to express my sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation for the excellent, knowledgeable and enjoyable experience I had purchasing appliances from your store. From the day I set foot in the store until we picked the appliances up, Andrew has been a true pleasure to work with. His knowledge of product, and understanding that my time line was a few months out, allowed me to make the best decisions for my remodel project in a non-pressured and most pleasant manner. He listened to what I wanted, a quality most rare among sales personnel at the majority of stores. His witty commentary, genuine interest in the project and its progress and willingness to research and answer a lot of questions made my experience memorable in the best way.

Thanks to Andrew and his excellent service, Ed Kellum will be at the top of the list for any further appliance/electronic acquisitions we consider.

We wish to thank Kellum for going out of their way to accomplish our TV hookup. 

The cable company refused to hookup the cable, as they could not get to the back of the TV, and would not move the TV out.  So, Kellum came out and sat the TV on the floor.  The cable company came out again but their cords were too short, so they had to move the cable box to a lower shelf.  The remote would not work thru the wood vs. glass on the higher shelf, and they failed to hookup the DVD/VCR.

Kellum had the service men come to complete and correct the cable company's mess.  Your service men did a professional job making sure everything was working and that I understood the controls. 

This is our first purchase at Kellum, and it was well worth the drive from Plano to receive such excellent service.  Thank you again.

I would like to take just a moment to commend Mark Pritchard in your Sales Department, and Tony Garcia and Ray Moody in your Service/Delivery Department.

I recently purchased a Sharp TV from Mark and I could not be happier with my TV. Nor could I have been more pleased with the wonderfully courteous, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable assistance that Mark provided me with both before and after my television purchase.

Tony and Ray could not have been nicer, or more professional, or more helpful when they delivered and installed my television. 

Tony and Ray were fabulous and very patient when explaining to me how to work my new TV.  And, judging from the superior service that Mark has already provided me, I am sure that he will be wonderfully gracious if I happen to have questions or problems with my new TV in the future.

I could not be more delighted with the service I received from Mark, Tony and Ray.  And I could not be more delighted with my new Sharp TV either.  All in all, I am thrilled with my new TV, and I am also one VERY happy and satisfied customer at Ed Kellum and Son!

Mark was a pleasure to work with.  He was straightforward and professional with us, which is how we enjoy doing business. 

The television was delivered on time, and the two men making the delivery were courteous, friendly and professional.  They respected our household and furnishings while moving our old, tremendously heavy Sony television into the garage and installing the new set.
